Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier service availability. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, though delivery times may vary for certain locations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or other available communication channels.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹250 within India.
Any applicable shipping charges for orders below this threshold will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, operational disruptions, public holidays, or courier network delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing an order. VILBO cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at care@drinkvilbo.com and include photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
