Hot Brew — Both Blends
Both Rooibos Ginger and Rooibos Lemongrass can be enjoyed as a classic hot infusion.
200–220 ml Water (90–95°C) (or, boil water & wait for 30-60 seconds) ↓ 1 Pyramid Bag ↓ Steep for 5 Minutes ↓ Remove the bag ↓ Enjoy
Tip: For Rooibos Lemongrass, use the lower end of the temperature range (around 90°C) for a lighter, more delicate infusion.
Iced Brew — Rooibos Lemongrass
Rooibos Lemongrass is especially refreshing when served chilled.
100 ml Water (88–92°C) (or, boil water & wait for 60-90 seconds) ↓ 1 Pyramid Bag ↓ Steep for 5 Minutes ↓ Remove the bag ↓ Pour over a glass filled with ice ↓ Enjoy chilled
Rooibos Ginger with Milk
Rooibos Ginger can also be prepared with milk for a richer, chai-inspired cup.
100 ml Water (95°C) (or, Boil Water & wait for 30 seconds) ↓ 1 Pyramid Bag ↓ Steep for 5–6 Minutes ↓ Remove the bag ↓ 100 ml Boiling Milk (normal or sweetened)
